Q. How do I create my product?
A. When you are ready to order, you can begin by selecting "Create a New Product". You’ll then get to choose from the product categories and be asked to select a size or type (make your selection by double clicking the icon). Once you’ve made your selections, you’ll begin creating. First you’ll need to pull in digital photos or images from your computer or one of our linked networking sites ; Facebook, Flickr, and Photobucket . You can do this either by clicking "Add Photos" in the right area of the product creation page, or go back to the main page and select "Manage My Photos" Once you’re done adding your photos, effects, text, and clip art you can preview your product by clicking the preview button at the bottom of your screen. If youÕre happy with it, simply proceed to the checkout, place your order and you’re done! Your order will arrive in approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
Q. Is next day delivery available?
A. Next day delivery is only available for orders placed Monday through Friday. Orders received after noon on Friday will be processed the following business morning.
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Standard production time is seven (7) business days, with an additional two (2) to three (3) days for standard delivery.
Q. What image types can I use?
A. .jdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .bmp, .tif, .gif, .wmf, .ps
Q. How large can my image file be?
A. We are able to process images up to 20 MB, but larger images are not a problem. Simply contact us at customerservice@flytrapfoto.com and we will arrange to have you upload your image to an STP location or have you send them to us on CDs.
Q. What resolution is acceptable?
A. We’ll give you the highest resolution we can, but please remember that the clarity of your finished poster depends on the quality of the image you upload. Typically 1100 x 1700 pixels is of high enough quality to print with clarity, even for our largest product which is a 24"x36" poster. You should always preview your product to make sure the quality meets your approval. FlyTrap occasionally offers free help to customers in attempting to improve image quality. Q. What is the best resolution?
A. The higher the resolution, the better the image quality. 3200 x 2400 ensures an image is large enough for even our largest product (24"x36" poster) FlyTrap Foto does not accept responsibility for poor resolution from low-quality uploaded images. Your order is considered your approval of the product in its entirety.
Q. What does shipping cost?
A. We offer a variety of USPS and UPS shipping options. Standard shipping rates apply in all cases. Should you feel there’s an error in your shipping rate, please contact us and we will verify it for you. Next day delivery is also available at UPS Next Day Air .
